ZIMO Elektronik MS Loco-Sounddecoder 16bit DCC/MM/mfx/AC- and DC-analogous, the MS decoders will be delivered until further notice with a 16bit sound collection, which contains sound projects for three steam locomotives (BR50, BR3.10, BR78) as well as a diesel locomotive (BR211), further sounds are available now, working with DCC, MM and mfx (not MS490th, not MS500th), automatic registration with mfx central stations, also work in analog AC operation (with DC-analogous from v4.50), real 16-bit-audio-resolution, 22kHz or 44kHz sample rate, 16 channels, full NMRA function mapping up to F12, numerous setting options for the function outputs, 2 (4 from MS960 up) servo-control wires and servo configuration with special CVs, as well as all known ZIMO-typical properties. GENERAL special characteristics: Driving operation without interruptions after losing contact to the rails for 1 or 2 sec., prevention of stopping on tracks without current, energy storage connection, AC analog operation including Maerklin impulse control to change direction (up2 35V), overcurrent protection for all outputs, protection against overtemperature, resilience 35V to 50V, motor control with 20kHz and 40kHz, for all DC motors and coreless motors (Faulhaber, Maxon), with replacement diodes also AC motors, also Fleischmann round motors, or low-frequency suitable motors, SUSI interface, additional logic level outputs, ZIMO HLU and loco number recognition, RailCom, playback rate of 22kHz (standard), also with 11kHz (only with 8bit) for simple noises, like announcements, and 44kHz for maximum possible HiFi sound quality, MS decoders possess a sound flash of 128Mbit, what provides playback time of 360sec. (with 16bits), with8 bit sound and 11kHz up to 1440sec. are available, synchronisation of the steam chuffs either by connecting a cam sensor or a virtual cam sensor, for sound as well as for controlling the smoke fan.
